Four steps, each with its own price

All prices exclude VAT. Each step is a separate agreement, so you never commit to more than the step you are on.

    Scan

    Where software or AI pays for itself, and what to build first.

    • We look at your team, data and systems, under a confidentiality agreement
    • A list of opportunities, ranked by return and feasibility
    • Advice per opportunity: build, buy, or change a setting in a system you already own
    • Each opportunity checked against GDPR and the EU AI Act
    • A plan with a fixed price for the build

    Not enough found to justify a build? You pay nothing. Go ahead, and the scan comes off the build price.

    Working software on your own data, in your team's hands.

    • Built in milestones of one to three weeks, with something to click every week
    • Each milestone paid through escrow and released after you accept it
    • Success measure agreed up front, and hours measured before we start
    • Connected to the systems you already use
    • Extra work only when you ask for it, with its own fixed price

    • Monitoring and alerts, before your customers notice anything

    Start with an intake call, then the scan. Within two weeks you have a list of opportunities ranked by return, and a fixed price for the first build. If a setting in a system you already own is enough, we say so.

  • “We know exactly what needs building.”

    Skip the scan. In a short intake we confirm what gets built and which data we need, and then we start on the first milestone.

  • “It runs. Now it has to keep running.”

    That is Care. Monitoring, incidents and small changes for a fixed monthly amount, also for software we did not build ourselves, after a short check.

What you want to know before you sign

Because then the risk sits where it belongs: with us. You know the cost up front, and we have every reason to build efficiently.

What we agreed, we build for the agreed price. If you want something extra, it first gets its own fixed price, and we only start once you approve.

Third-party costs that continue after we are done, such as hosting, licences and AI model usage. They are listed in the plan with a monthly estimate, and run in your name so you are never tied to them through us.

You pay each milestone up front by iDEAL into escrow, held by a licensed payment provider. After delivery you have five business days to test. If you accept, or we hear nothing, the amount is released. How it works in detail

We build for small and medium-sized businesses: one process or one connection per build, on your existing systems, without layers of account and project managers. Larger wishes are split into several build phases.
